Judging Credibility

Co-judging by PWC, EY, KPMG, Bain & Co and Protiviti ensures endorsement from subject matter experts- that have advised global, regional and local institutions- form an integral part of recognition for winners.

Judging Methodology

Shortlisted nominees are selected on the qualitative and quantitative depth of their nominations. Shortlisted institutions or individuals per category, will be put to our impartial panel of expert judges who will undertake a rigorous audit type process to carefully select the winners.

A proprietary, numerical & qualitative scoring methodology is applied to all submissions and augmented by market research and input from seminal industry experts, corporate executives and in some cases the High Net Worth & Ultra High Net Worth Community.

Awards Announcements:

Awards winners will be announced at the Global Private Banking Innovation Awards gala on 23rd July 2020 in Singapore.

Submission Deadline:

The submission deadline for all entries is 18:00 GMT, on 4th May 2020.

Submission Guidelines:

Please only submit projects that have been completed in FY 2018-2020. Initiation of the project can be earlier – The Digital Banker does not require a specific commencement date.

What should you include in your submission(s)?

Our expert panel of judges will be able to undertake a far more intricate assessment through the provision of the following information- which evidence shows, significantly increases your chances of winning.

  • Financial Ratios and Information—ROI, Earnings and Income growth year-on-year
  • Assets under management (AUM) and market share.
  • Client composition – preferably by net worth / wealth band, geography, financial goals, risk profile, industry, age, etc.
  • Key product and service offering—portfolio of products, investment strategies, personalised solutions, reporting and valuation, analytics and performance.
  • Customer Experience metrics—demonstrating the effectiveness of new products, new technologies, digital capabilities, client acquisition and referrals.
  • Competitive Commitment —Fee structure/ROI, advisory fees, transaction based fees, evidence of innovation in client service and acquisition through multiple channels.
  • ROI of new technologies and innovation – introduction of new products, portfolios, client service, etc
